It was a splendid day, with plenty of activity, insights and experiences, all perfectly tailored to my interests.
Ack is very knowledgeable and insightful. He planned the trip around my priorities, and weaved in many historical & cultural tidbits throughout the tour. He was patient, flexible and very customer-focused. His good nature makes him a pleasure to be around and he has a great command of the transit system, which was an advantage when trying to cram in as many stops as possible.
