The ability to sit with my tour guide and ask in depth questions on policy issues related to the EU, EU administrative structures, energy issues related to the war with Russia - Ukraine, etc. Andrea’s breadth of knowledge related to policy in the EU is enormous.

Francis met us at our hotel on time. He was informative and enthusiastic. He asked what we would like to see and was conscientious of time since we also had a flight to catch that afternoon. We were able to see a lot in a 3 hour period.
