We are endlessly grateful for Francesco Piccarreda and City Uncripted for an amazing personalized tour of Milan. The initial survey asking us our preferences was detailed and easy to complete. It was clear that Francesco had paid thoughtful attention to those details when he replied with the itinerary and as he guided our tour. He went out of his way to see that we enjoyed as many sites as possible and even helped us improve our elementary Italian speaking skills. Because he grew up in Milan, his stories were as interesting as the history of the city that he shared with us. He went above and beyond at the end to help us get our Duomo tickets and escorted us to the proper entrance. Francesco very thoughtfully curated our itinerary, was very communicative leading up to our tour, shared wonderful history about the city as we went, went out of his way to ensure an awesome experience, helped us learn to speak Italian and helped us get into the Duomo at the end of the tour.
