I would greatly recommend Alex to any visitor to Japan as a tour guide. His relentless positivity and knowledge of the cities, history, history, culture, and people allow you to absorb as much as possible in a short amount of time. We chose the eight hour tour and he kept us going through every minute of it. He met us at her hotel and escorted us all the way back there.

Amazing from start to finish. Hidden Gems in the Shibuya district was a truly amazing experience. So many places away from the touristy spots. Fantastic insights into one of the worlds most iconic destinations.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her English was very good and understandable. She gave us a local feel for Hiroshima since she and her family are from the area. I would definitely recommend Masayo as a guide in the Hiroshima area.
