Because Maria is Filipina originally, she has an amazing command of English with is so helpful and was fluent in Japanese which helped at the various locations we visited. She showed us soooo much in the short time we had together and we very much appreciated the effort she put into showing us places of interest and a good mixture of culture and local areas which we otherwise would not have found. I would greatly recommend Alex to any visitor to Japan as a tour guide. His relentless positivity and knowledge of the cities, history, history, culture, and people allow you to absorb as much as possible in a short amount of time. We chose the eight hour tour and he kept us going through every minute of it. He met us at her hotel and escorted us all the way back there.
