Ana Maria was a great guide -- tailored the tour to our varied interests and was super knowledgeable about so many different aspects of London and its history.

We had a long layover in London and decided to take a tour while we waiting for our connecting flight. Our tour guide was super flexible (we ran into some flight delays) and was able to adjust the tour to accommodate our travel requirements for the day. From the Tower of London to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben we got all the highlights in just over 4 hours. It was the perfect way to experience London when you have limited time, or get to know the city at the beginning of a trip.

I must say my guide Tom was amazing start to finish. I enjoyed his energy and openness to help me capture the key moments how I wanted to. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do it while being on the move and not stop for too long as you see in those large group tours that limits the area and sites your able to see. From markets, alleys, historical sites, Tom made my first trip every to the UK better than expected. So much that I plan to bring my kids back so they can experience it as well. Thank you Tom for the conversations and just being you and allowing me me to be me!.

Tom is an excellent tourist guide. He was informative and hilarious. It was one of the best tours I have ever experienced.

We had Naomi take us on a wonderful tour of London! Traveled the world but never London, and we shared with her in advance other tours already planned, indicating we didn’t want to duplicate the effort, and wanted to see things that would be unique to any tourist. So she completely nailed it! Meeting us at our hotel at 10:00 am at our request, we take the tube and go through streets and see galleries and stores and had coffee and a pastry at a truly local place. Walked through Covent Gardens and 2 bars that were nearby the law school (even the store where you buy your wig to wear to go to Court). We even met 2 people who were studying bee pollination! Toward the end we asked her to leave us near a local pub so we could have a pint. It was past our time with her, and we offered to buy her a pint, and SHE was having so much fun she joined us and we shared photos of her experiences in India and ours in a South African safari earlier this year! I would highly recommend Naomi in a heartbeat if you want to have a truly unique experience in London!!!

Before arriving in London, we shared with her the tours we already had, scheduled, so she didn’t duplicate the effort. She then took us on a tour that included all things we didn’t already have scheduled. We went to old parts of town, where the law school library was (I’m a lawyer in the States), various parks, the Opera House, a coffee house for mid morning coffee and Coventry Garden and other areas of town we would not have found on our 6 day trip. The best example of her attentiveness was when we said shortly before the end of the tour, that our first stop post tour would be at any nearby local pub for a print that she could recommend. She took us to a perfect pub, to sit outside on a beautiful day, and had a drink with us before she left for the remainder of the day (she spent over an hour with us after our scheduled time!). We would HIGHLY recommend her for any tour you’d want of London!

Delia was knowledgeable, thorough and attentive. Her approach was great. She provided a big picture perspective and then broke our journey into understandable, relatable components. She was also very accommodating, tailoring our time together to meet my needs. I would definitely seek her out on a return trip.

She thoughtfully planned out the tour for me based on what I was interested in. She was very knowledgable about the areas we went to and made recommendations for other places to go after my tour and for future trips. The tea and scones we had were also delicious! I will definitely recommend this to anyone I know who is traveling to London :)

Sean-Taylor, the local I was matched with, was absolutely phenomenal! Very kind, knowledgeable and willing to go and see/do anything I could think of in London. I would have never been able to see even a fraction of what we got through had I gone alone. Amazing experience which I would highly recommend to anyone!

Loved our customized private tour with our new British friend David. He was so informative and took us to spots we never would have known to explore. We went all over and he taught us how to use the Underground in order to get from place to place fast. He was very personable and was just a pleasure to spend half our day with. He dropped us off where we wanted to finish in order to explore on our own and planned the day accordingly. It was such a great experience. Walking tour of London. Excellent!!

David was very personable and quickly change our route when he discovered my father worked with Eisenhower's here in London and took us to the park,old US embassy and Eisenhower's headqarters. We greatly enjoyed all of little known facts and "hidden gems" all over the westminster area.

We had a wonderful experience with David. He was very knowledgeable of a lot of facts about history, details and facts. He contacted us since we made our reservations to know what we wanted to do. We will recommend him 100%.

Our guide Darryl was spot on from start to finish. He customized our tour perfectly, was flexible in accommodating requests and changes, and maximized our time while still giving us space to savor sites and sounds. Nikki was the best possible tour guide! Communication was excellent to make sure we met. The tour itself was paced well, especially in light of my wife's handicap. Nikki was very, very considerate and made sure we weren't overdoing it. That said, she showed us many iconic sights but also included more hidden gems that only a long-time London resident would know. This was our first experience in London and it couldn't have begun on a better note. Nikki's enthusiasm and friendliness made the experience more than just a "tour". A very enjoyable time. The next group to have her lead them about should count themselves lucky.

That's so hard to say as there was so much! But our tour guide Nikki certainly added more that just knowledge to our visit. Her enjoyment of showing off the iconic sites was palpable and her friendly way was a joy.

Nikki was more than considerate of my wife's mobility handicap. I loved that she frequently asked questions to tailor our tour and experience. I can't imagine a more kind and informative host. Communication for meeting was clear and from the start is was like we'd known her already. A very enjoyable time that we wish could have been longer.

It was great to have JJ pick out the right foods to eat as well as give us the background and history of London.

He shared his wealth of information entertaining 4 teenage boys with the history of Great Britain and highlights of London. Then we moved on to Borough Market where he showed us all the best eats with a little history mixed in. We ended the tour at a local pub, with a pint, stories, laughs, and a new friend! Thanks JJ!

Gessica was an amazing London ambassador, tour guide, foodie, conversationalist! She took all my suggestions and folded them into our day. She even managed to meet me at my hotel. Gessi is amazing. She is kind, fun, adventurous, knowledgeable and above all easy to be with. I was worried me being solo might bore her but she is lovely to chat, eat, learn from. Best food, walking tour Ever!

Knowing we had already been to many popular attractions, Gessica took us to off-the-beaten-path areas of London to ensure we saw something new. She also took the time to plan visits covering different ethnicities, while working around a dairy allergy for the treats of the tour. We had a most wonderful time and really enjoyed Gessica’s company.

Dan made our trip to London memorable! We had requested an all day, insider's view of London and he did just that. We wandered all over the city -- through neighborhoods and to significant historical places. Dan made sure we experienced markets, ate amazing food, and enjoyed a few pubs along the way. Our only disappointment was the lines at the Tower of London were so long, we opted to skip going in. In hindsight, we wish we would have purchased tickets in advance. But, all in all, Dan was kind, gracious, and a lot of fun. We highly recommend... Greg, Chris & Holt

When we booked our Urban Food Tour we expected to try various foods during our outing. However, Dan was just so excited to show us around his home city, his energy was infectious and we got to see things we weren't expecting. Dan is so knowledgeable about not only the great food spots, but also the history and culture of London. We had great conversation and we wished Dan could have hung out with us on the rest of our trip as well. We plan to go back to London next year and hopefully Dan is available again for another awesome tour.

This was my first time in London and I could not have asked for a better experience! Dan was a great person to spend the day with, friendly knowledgeable and very willing to accommodate the kinds of things that I wanted to do and see. He provided great suggestions and showed me some really cool local pubs and bars - the perfect way to spend a day in London! Very grateful for this experience!

We had a wonderful time with Bea. She was incredibly knowledgeable about London. She knew lots of interesting facts that are not commonly know. She was very accommodating and allowed us to adjust our plans based off of what we wanted to see or spend more time doing. It was raining a lot that day but she remained positive and came up with alternative methods of transportation so we weren’t always in the rain. I would definitely use her again.

I took the "Private Custom London Tour with a Local". My tour guide was Beata (Bea) and she was awesome. It supposed to be me and 2 others but they canceled at the last moment so I went solo with Bea. We had a great tour and hit all the sites. I had purchased an all day pass at the airport that morning to get to London and used it on the tour to jump on busses and the subway and then to get back to my airport hotel, that worked out great for 24 pounds. We hit all the sites I wanted to see including Big Ben, Cathedrals, Buckingham Palace, Harry Potter locations and many others. We stopped for hot chocolate along the way to take a brief rest. It was an awesome day and she was an awesome guide

Our family tasked Beatrice with an introduction to London tour and she went above and beyond. What a day we had. Over a full day plus, she showed us the highlights (Big Ben, Parliament, the Crown Jewels, Buckingham) and shared her knowledge of the city and history. We talked also talked about British literature, food, and London culture. Bea gave us the utmost attention, answered our many questions, and gave us insights and sites we would have never discovered on our own. She made us feel like Londoners. We ate in an old, authentic pub. Bea rolled with us as if she was part of our family. She’s genuine, kind, and generous. She will cater your London experience to your needs and specialties.
