He tailored the tour to our interests. He was patient with all my curious questions. He helped us navigate the Tokyo train system and taught us about some Japanese customs that will help us through the next five weeks in Japan.

I wanted to learn how to use the subways and trains in Japan so Ryoko helped me buy a Suica card, navigate the subway, and then when she heard I needed to get a ticket to Hiroshima she took me to the JR office and helped me to get a ticket there as well. When she heard that I oil painted and loved art, she took me to some galleries and studios. She was so nice to talk to and very kind. It was like having a friend show you their town. I highly recommend her!

I told Mari that I like Harry Potter and anime she was wonderful enough to show me places/shops were I can indulge in my interests. My other concern was learning to navigate my way around Tokyo, she was very helpful in giving me pointers and advice.

We had a wonderful tour with nobu! We visited harjuku and the Meiji shrine, Shibuya, Nihombashi where we visited a department store, and Ginza. Nobu taught us some Japanese words, introduced us to some tasty snacks, and gave us loads of information, as well as enjoyable conversation. Highly recommend. It was a great first day in Tokyo. Thank you Nobu!
