Explore the diverse art scene in Brussels from the unique and wonderful comic strip to world-class street art with an art-loving local insider.
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Who knew so many world-class Surrealist artists could be squeezed into such a small city? You’ll join one of our art-loving local Brussels hosts as they walk you in the footsteps of iconic Surrealist artists like Rene Magritte, Paul Delvaux, and ELT Mesens.
Whether you want to try your hand at deciphering the beautiful Magritte paintings (never as easy as it sounds) or you’d prefer to enjoy some time in the hidden cafes and brasseries where he met with other artists and sold his paintings - it’s all up to you. And you never know; it could bring out the Surrealist in you.
Your host will make sure that, based on your vibe and interests, your experience is as surreal as the paintings you’ll see! It’s not all mind-bending, though; discover galleries where the works of other astounding artists are exhibited, and along the way, see the colorful murals plastered across the artistic city.
Surrealism might not be your thing, but we bet you won’t be able to help loving larger-than-life murals of Tintin and Snowy.

We had a nice time and discovered a lot. I recommend this experience!
Show moreI had a wonderful time in Brussels! Yolande was great, she showed me all the hidden gems around the city. I highly recommend this tour!
Show morePaola was very kind and personable. I got to learn about the historical and cultural aspects of Brussels. I got to experience the European Parliament and learn all about the EU as this was something I was personally really interested in. Paola made sure that I got to experience this. I was able to purchase the perfect Belgian chocolate, rather than buying the commercialised chocolates advertised. I would recommend going on a private tour with Paola as she makes sure that you are happy with your experience.
Show moreWe had the best time. He knows so much and is very entertaining.
Show moreWe arrived in Brussels at 2pm. We met Senna at 4pm. He gave us a personalized tour of the city’s art, architecture, food & drink. When the tour was over at 6pm, I felt smarter and more at home at a city I’ve never visited.
Show moreBruno was fantastic. His knowledge was second to none. A very informative trip with great food. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.
