Ernesto was absolutely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and has a great sense of humor. We had an excellent afternoon with Alex. We corresponded via email prior to our trip and he customized our private tour to suit our interests. Alex was knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. He was patient in answering our questions and slowing down when we wanted to take pictures. It was interesting visiting the different markets and seeing a variety of sights and hearing the related history. We always felt safe and looked after as Alex expertly guided us through sometimes heavy foot traffic. Spending the afternoon with a local made our Mexico City trip special.
