Gab was fantastic! I booked two full-day Tokyo walking tours for my clients, who are in their mid-to-late 70's. I sent Gab (their guide) an itinerary for them and Gab sent me back a very detailed itinerary, which impressed me. I mentioned to him that my clients needed to rest every once in a while on their walking tour, and he brought portable chairs for them so they can rest at any time. What a great idea! Gab not only showed them the sights, but he went above and beyond. He took them to two different train stations the day before my client's train rides, so they would be familiar with the station and not get lost the next day. In Kyoto, my clients had a tour guide from a different company with hundreds of 5 star reviews, and my clients told me he was nowhere as much fun as Gab was. We really enjoyed spending the day with Mari who showed us around Tokyo. She was flexible and knowledgeable and really wanted us to have a good time. One of the best things we did was have lunch at a department store restaurant because we told her what we wanted and that we wanted to go somewhere that was not a tourist restaurant. She brought us to this restaurant in a department store that was packed with all locals and it was one of our favorite things we did. Her thinking outside the box made the day and created the experience for us. I would highly recommend her services.

Two days ago, we went on a walking city tour with Chiara. Despite the heavy rain, she made the experience truly exceptional. We managed to complete our list of things we wanted to see and even added some suggestions from Chiara along the way. She is professional, fun, and an all-around wonderful person. Alberto was amazingly engaging, knowledgeable and patient. He had thoughtfully planned our route to enable my mother who is in a wheelchair to fully participate and see all the sights. He was clever in the way he showed us Tokyo from terraces as well as from ground level. He was attentive and offered to take many photos! We thoroughly enjoyed our day with him!

Noah was an incredible guide! He was extremely attentive to our interests, tailoring things on the fly. He gave us a truly unique feel for some parts of the culture that we would have never experienced otherwise.
