We very much enjoyed our full-day, private tour of Hong Kong with Victor. With only one day to spend in Hong Kong, time was well spent, seeing the city’s many highlights and local spots as well. Victor was an excellent guide. He knew so much about the areas, the history, some back street and unique places and also showed us how to get around the city using the MTR card (we got the Octopus - it was the smart decision). We learned a lot, saw so much in the 4 hour tour and would recommend him. Note - some things you can do on your own, so use the tour wisely as it was private.

Alfred was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about Hong Kong and had researched our interests to enable us to enjoy a fantastic time with him travelling around this wonderful place.

A fantastic Tour, Alfred was very passionate and knowledgable, its probably one of the best tours I have been on, I have no hesitation in recommending Alfred and its a great choice for your first tour is you have never visited Hong Kong before.

Alfreds passion comes through on his tour, and for us it made it one of the best tours we've ever had. He took photos of us then at the end of the tour he transferred them from his phone to our phone. He could have easily asked for payment for this but he didn't, truly one of the good people in this world. I would not hesitate to give Alfred the highest recommendation and is a great first tour if you have never been to Hong Kong before.

We had a great experience with Evangeline she showed us Hong Kong from a local eyes, she also personalised the tour taking us to areas and shops of interest. It was great we went to areas on the train we wouldn’t have found on our own, ate some fantastic food and have many happy memories. Highly recommend

The day we spent with Benny was great. We went to Lantau Island and Benny was kind, friendly and provided excellent information.

Benny was totally worth every penny! He made a program totally accustomed to my interests and I had a full day of sightseeing. One may be reluctant to spend money on a tour guide, but think again: it is by far the best way to explore the city and find streets and alleys that one cannot find alone!

Our tour guide Benny was excellent. He tailored our afternoon to match our interests and preferred manner of sight seeing. He shared interesting information and kept us engaged. Prior to our meeting, he provided prompt communication and was very flexible. The tour provider City Unscripted was also very responsive and quick with communication as was Viator and Trip Advisor. Simon was an absolutely stunning tour guide! He managed to explain Hongkong and China very well and took me exactly to where I wanted to go.

This food tour was a highlight of our trip to Hong Kong. Simon was outstanding and answered all our questions about the history and culture of Hong Kong and Mainland China. We tasted a variety of delicious dishes, highlighting local specialties. Simon even gave us his phone number in case we needed anything while we were in Hong Kong. I’m so happy I signed up for this tour and feel lucky to have had such a wonderful guide.

We really enjoyed our time with Simon. He tailored the tour to our tastes and checked in before hand to see what we’d already done in Hong Kong and what we wanted to try. He answered all our questions about the history and culture of Hong Kong and the mainland, and we tried all kinds of delicious dishes. He even offered his number if we had any questions during the rest of our stay and checked in with us the next day to give us some information we’d talked about. The evening food tour with Simon was a highlight of our trip to Hong Kong!

Karen was an excellent guide, we crammed loads into 6 hours, using ferry, tram and MRT. We learned loads about life in Hong Kong and went to places we never would have found on our own.

Karen did a great job showing us all the highlights of Hong Kong. Very knowledgeable local. We walked and rode every form of transportation to get us to all the highlights. Would recommend this especially if you want to get a lot of exercise.

Our guide was a transplanted Norwegian. Her English was wonderful, as was her knowledge of the places to visit. She customized the tour to our needs. We can’t eat like we did when we were in our 20s but still wanted to try everything (so we split things as required). Of particular note was the wonton soup in fish broth (very light).

Malin shared her personal history/story and it really helped us to embrace the experience.

We had a great tour-she (Malin) was very knowledgeable and we had a great time. She showed us several sites in Kowloon selected based on what we told her we wanted to see.

Malin was very easy to work with, pleasant to converse with and to learn more about the culture of the area. Was able to easily navigate the markets and subways with her assistance. Overall, an enjoyable time. She was prompt, timely and great with communications.

We had a really nice time, our guide had a lot of ideas and knowledge and fulfilled our wishes what we would like to see! we had a wonderful time.

This is just what we were looking for. A stroll through the various quarters and a chat about HK. We loved it. Thanks.

Ok, first of all the operator needs to get their listing correct, they only pick up within a 5km radius, but don’t mention that on the listing anywhere. When I raised this I was told it was a Viator issue, I booked through Tripadvisor. The listing is the responsibility of the lister. The coordinator was no help. Having said that. The tour itself was amazing, hence the 5 stars. My guide Pinky, was funny, knowledgeable; and even modified the tour for me while undertaking it. From knowing the history to knowing the best photo points she was perfect. I did everything from catching a ferry, to making an offering in a temple, to trying local teas. Book the longer tour, I promise it’s worth it. If you can ask for Pinky, she is a joy

Our family all agreed that our Kowloon Night Food Tour with Pinky was the highlight of our trip. She was so engaging with our teenagers, teaching them all about the local way of living showing us all the different markets and got them all to try new foods such as snake soup, chicken feet and fermented egg. I would highly recommend doing this tour, you won’t regret it.

I would highly recommend Regene as a guide. I learned a ton and saw so much more than I would have alone.

The day visit was definitely worth it, I saw so much in one day and it felt personalized, interesting and useful, I would have probably been able to do much less and far less interesting things with a regular tour. Donald was absolutely amazing, energetic, and super welcoming. He was very excited to share his passion for his home city of Hong Kong and we got to see so much more during our 6 hours together than we would have likely seen in our own I days. He introduced us to unique Hong Kong food which were so delicious you craved more. Our time together was special and he opened up a new lense to this beautiful city leaving us with a need to come back to explore more.

Donald was passionate, caring, and welcomed us to this great city. He showed us more in the 6 hours we had together then we would likely see in a couple days exploring on our own. We have a list of must see places to come back and re-experience or to visit for the first time. The guidance provided by Donald wasn't just for what we were doing today but he shared a passion for the need to come back and experience more of this great city.

Donald was an exceptional tour guide! Great mix of cultural, history and lots of art. Was a good pace, he explained local idiosyncracies, fun facts and mixed in recommendations for good restaurants and bars - for locals and expats. Highly recommend - and truly - tell him what you’re interested in and not and he will customize.

This is a great introduction to the city by a local. Dennis information about Hong Kong was fascinating. His knowledge about food was also appreciated. His English is also excellent which compared to other tours I have taken, this really makes a difference.

All the highlights in 4 hours + fabulous dim sum. Worth the price of admission!

Dennis was our assigned guide. It was like seeing and old Lost friend who took us around his town with knowledge, dedication and the clear objective of providing a wonderful time. Calories not withstanding he made it a most delightful few hours adding his sense of humor to the experience. Kudos to Dennis.

Cosmos was a great guide! We had arrived in Hong Kong that afternoon and weren't comfortable navigating the city on our own yet, so he met us at our hotel and taught us the Metro system which was great! We had a really fun evening exploring all the markets and sampling lots of local street food!

Our guide Cosmos met us at our hotel. He took us from the hotel to the mrt showing us points of interest on the way. He helped us buy the mrt tickets and showed us how to use the machine for future reference. He took us to three different temples and was very knowledgeable informing us about local customs and traditions. With his guidance we were able to make the most of the rest of our trip. Brilliant guide and great communication friendly as well.

De local markten heel leuk om gezien te hebben. 4 uur lang alles gezien. Cosmo is a charming guide who told all about Hong Kong and the way of life in Hong Kong. He knew something about all the buildings. The local markets are very nice to see. Seen everything for 4 hours.

A fun morning with a talented artist Cosmo has an eye for street art and as a native of Hong Kong with an interest in the milieu, he knows where to find it. I got a lot of history and exercise along with my fun and interesting tour of the back allies of the city. Cosmo was easy to talk to, was always smiling, and knew a lot about the artists and their work. I learned that the city overpaints certain street art every few years to encourage new artists. As a bonus, Cosmo even brought along a portfolio of his own work. Highly recommended if you have an interest in urban street art.

Mark was a great guide and very informative and went above and beyond by changing our planned appointment to the next day as my partner was ill. The food options were planned very well and I really enjoyed it immensely.

Nik was knowledgeable of Hong Kong and had brought me to the places that I wanted to visit. She knows a lot about the city and is knowledgeable of the culture, people, and even shared fun facts about the buildings, food, transportation of Hong Kong. An added bonus was getting a quick dim sum bite at the end-- this wasn't part of the initial tour itinerary, but was something I had wanted to do, so I was we were able to incorporate as part of the tour. If anyone is visiting HK and is looking for a guide, Nik would be a great guide to take people around.

This was a great tour! Our guide Nik was extremely personable and fun to tour with. We were able to personalize the tour to experience the landmarks we most wanted to see, as well as experience Nik’s recommendations. We went to the temple, experienced the great views from the peak tram had Dim Sun at a local restaurant and more. We had a great time!
