Benny was excellent about communication from the onset. He asked for our preferences, got our flight info, and was waiting for us when we exited customs in Hong Kong. We used the metro, buses and walked everywhere with him, and he provided a wealth of information without being too effusive. He even rode back on the airport express with us to make sure we got back through security to make our connection. We couldn’t asked for a better guide. We’re already working on our next trip yo Hong Kong, and we’ll definitely use him, again. We highly recommend him!

She took us to lovely local restaurants and suggested meals which we really enjoyed. We saw and did way more than if we had navigated the city on our own. She constantly checked in with me to see if my interests were being met and she even accompanied me to the airport counter to ensure my check-in was smooth after we received a concerning notice from the airline. She was also hyper-vigilant about communicating with the restauranteur regarding my tree nut allergy and veganism.

The Hong Kong Layover, that became a cultural experience for the whole family! Deciding last minute to extend our layover from Bali to Toronto, we wanted to see and learn more. Not knowing the language, the city, or it's people we knew we needed a guide. Also traveling with our son who is 7 sometimes calls for sensitive planning and on the fly decision making. Lucky for us, Our travel advisor at Vision Travel booked us in with Victor. And it was seamless from start to finish! To our delight, he communicated with us prior to our stay regarding our personal wants and needs. In a place, we didn't know we needed to get to know, Victor knew just where to go, and what to do. He has such a strong understanding of Hong Kong's history and culture, that my husband was entranced, and there wasn't a topic that Victor could not speak to. He truly knows where to stop, and uses technology to visually show the development of the surrounding city and its infrastructure, while weaving in applicable stories, and interesting facts. My son was also drawn in by his friendly and fun character and may have learned more then he thinks. This walking tour was so much more then we had expected, and has become some of our fondest 'culturally enriched' family memories. Victor will surely bring a heightened perspective to your visit, we would definitely go back to spend the day laughing and learning. I would highly recommend booking, Victor is a Gem!
