We booked a three hour private tour with Trip Advisor due to limited time on shore. We were lucky to have Hans as our tour guide because he was able to customized & optimized our tour within the 3 hour limit. Our tour was supposed to start on Hongkong Island but Hans was gracious & flexible to allow a last minute change on our plan. Hans was able to show us the city center of Kowloon, how to take a ferry & bus within the 3 hour limit. We wish we had spent more time with Hans instead of the lousy night excursion we had with the cruise ship.

We had glitches with cards and money and Bertha was calm supportive and still gave us all the time to “soak up “ Hong Kong . She is kind and exudes empathy ensuring this old lady got to see the sights safely. A special person.
