Maia is a wonderful guide, a wealth of knowledge and very kind. She showed us a great day and we feel as though we were able to make the most of our short stay in Florence with her help. We went to lunch midday and she even helped us to experience Florentine cuisine. Fantastic Experience!

Alessandro was such a wonderful tour guide! Being local he was so knowledgeable and we learned so much about Florence. He was flexible and showed us the things we were most interested in and gave us so much historical info which we loved. We felt like we were exploring Florence with an old friend!

Miguel or Michell was a great tour guide I love that he gave us history and details about items and things around Florence that we didn't know. The fact that he took his time with us I was very patient one of my relatives is very old and she wants to raise slow and I love the fact that he really just took the time to make all of us feel like family truly appreciate his time and I would definitely use him again as a tour guide and would definitely recommend them to someone else. Couple of the things that I really appreciated was that he took the time to take us to places that honestly were like one of those like you know places that are really known only if you are a local I like the fact that we came out of this experience feeling like we understood Florence so much better. And I want to thank him because he took the time out to help us out to figure out where we needed to be since we had to be at a certain location and again time from his from his own self and again truly thank him again and would recommend him.

We booked the 2 hour private tour with a local guide. I highly recommend this tour. Our guide Mara with "City Unscripted" was very knowledgeable and took us to areas of Florence that we would not have ventured to on our own. She made recommendations for things for us to do on our own and places to eat that were not in touristy part of Florence.
