A hundred spires, smažený sýr (head's up, it's deep fried cheese) and a 600 year old clock.
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Hurry, there’s a world of cobbled lanes, hidden courtyards, bohemian art, and Gothic architecture waiting for you in Prague. Coincidentally, one of our local Prague hosts is also waiting for you, so they can show you the unmissable sights their city has to offer.
Yes, we know that 8 hours is far too little time to see an entire city, you can enjoy a snapshot of what’s on offer. You’ll explore this medieval city and see the famous sights like Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, and see why it's known as “the City of a Hundred Spires”.
No day would be complete without a good meal and a snack (or two, but who’s counting?), so why not try smažený sýr (head’s up, it’s deep-fried cheese and it might just change your life), Czech guláš and a refreshing pilsner.
With so many spots to “Czech” off your list - sorry, we couldn’t resist - your host will give you recommendations for other places to check out during your stay in this beautiful city.

Natalia was great to work with as she gave me and my wife options of places to go and things to see. She knows both the history of Prague and the local knowledge. Prague is beautiful at night, and the Christmas Markets are worth it all by themselves. Long/short it turned into a delicious foodie tour!
Show moreMaki was a wonderful guide. He shared stories and historical facts as we wandered through the streets of Prague. The city was alive with people and music as also went to various Christmas Markets. I especially loved crossing the Charles bridge at night . Finally Maki made sure we could get back to our hotel explaining the various options. The tour was easy to book and I was regularly updated in the weeks leading up to our arrival.
Show moreMartin gave us a great first time experience touring Prague. His knowledge of all things Prague was exceptional and helped us emerge ourselves in Prague's history and people. He was very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.
Show moreNatalia was a lovely guide. She gave us a very good feeling for the city and its vibe. The hot ginger tea and the gingerbread we got was a bonus. We loved the fact that the guide was knowledgeable but so relaxed. It was like having a friend show you their city.
Show moreOurTour guide Martin was very personable and modified our tour to our liking. Seeing all the sites illuminated at night Is beautiful. It is a totally different experience than seeing them by day…definitely worth it.
Show moreShe is just amazing. She has in-depth knowledge of city & historical monuments.
