Taiyo was absolutely wonderful and flexible with all our needs. He was knowledgeable and knew the area well. Due to COVID, the regular restaurants on the tour were not open so he needed to find new places to go. It seemed as though he was scrambling last minute to find places so some pre-planning would have been appreciated. He could have checked restaurants ahead of time to find places that were open.

Sumire had a lot of interesting stories to tell not just about Fukuoka city & the places we went to, but also about herself. It was really nice getting to know her as an individual & we had good conversation over the course of the 3 hours we spent together. She was really genuine & sincere in getting to know me & sharing her recommendations around the city.
