Buzzing underground streets, gyoza and Sapporo TV Observation Deck.
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Strap in for a whirlwind experience of Sapporo’s own “Little Tokyo” – a bright, bold world of bars, clubs, restaurants and lots of shopping. Get lost in huge, flashy shopping centers, head below to browse 100-yen shops in the underground corridors connecting Susukino to Ōdōri, and stock up on souvenirs and every conceivable Kit Kat flavor (including ‘baked potato’!) in the Tanukikoji shopping arcade. If a wild night is what you’re after, Susukino’s got you covered with hundreds of cocktail bars, karaoke bars, and noodle bars to choose from. After testing your luck at a pachinko parlor – a cross between pinball and slot machines – perhaps you’ll end up in Ramen Alley sampling Sapporo’s miso ramen, generously topped with butter and corn.

Karen was great and we will use her again.
Show moreAkihiro was friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and made the experience wonderful from beginning to end when he placed us in a cab and waved goodbye.
Show moreTravelling with my 4 year old son for the first time and walking around to see places was not his thing. He had a feat because he did not walk to walk, I am grateful that Akihiro went to meet us where we were when we were lost before the meet up and travelled back to get his stroller. I loved the wagyu beef restaurant, mikyuyoshi mecca of food and tea shop since 1935 where I got to try matcha tea and ice cream. Ended with Sapporo tv tower beautiful and so memorable.I look forward to booking again another trip. Thank you Akihiro it was a trip for the books! until next time!!!
Show moreHe showed me some cool places around Sapporo. He is also very enthusiastic and supportive. We had a wonderful tour!
Show moreThis personalized walking tour was amazing. I lived in Japan and coming back we wanted to see non tourist local spots. Snowy and icy we easily navigated through Nakajima Koen (park) and viewed the sun through a telescope. We saw carp in local streams, enjoyed a local favorite curry soup, two stories underground. We met local dog owners and pet several Shiba Inu. Mostly though, our guide knew so much history and cultural context that Sapporo came alive for us. Thanks Zarina.
Show moreZarina was well versed at Sapporo history and culture. She also was able to save us considerable time and money steering us clear of the tourist traps and showing us alternate stores and restaurants that were cheaper and closer to our hotel. She was also extremely flexible and was able to meet us at a different location as the original meeting place did not get relayed to her. Overall she was a wonderful guide I would higher recommend who was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, flexible and spoke English and Japanese very well! She was a 10 out of 10 guide. Strongly recommend!
