You could discover Mandrake, an eight-floor archive of collectibles and comics, or if you're more intrigued by Japan's gadgets and gizmos, you might prefer the Yodobashi Camera.
Discover the true meaning of kawaii (cute) at AKB48 Cafe, a sweet treat paradise dedicated to Akihabara's favorite J-Pop girl group, or grab a bite at a maid cafe, where costumed servers will treat you like royalty before you check out Nakano Broadway, Tokyo's mecca to anything and everything anime!

The program tailored to the guests was impressive and the personalized guide made me feel like I had made a close friend.
Show moreMari was so lovely and funny! We loved spending time with her. As a tour guide, she let us customise the tour to our liking, and took us places we never would have thought to go on our own! This is one of the best tours I’ve ever been on.
Show moreMari was the perfect host. She made my experience literally the best tour ever. I learned so much about the area and she made sure that she took me to some hidden gems that I will be SO excited about to show my family when they visit.
Show moreI had Nobu for my tour guide. It was wonderful experience. He was very respectful, polite and a local. Akhibara can be overwhelming for first time visitors, he made moving around very easy. We visited various places from lunch in a café to speciality shops such as anime merchandise, electronic mall and arcades. I learnt new things all the way. This is definitely a good way to get introduced to anime culture. At the end, I got all the Google maps links to places to visit for souvenir shopping
Show moreMaheer was a great driver and guide as he ferried us all around Tokyo. We really enjoyed the juxtaposition of the skyscrapers up against traditional Japan.
Show moreMari was fantastic! The first time we went to Akihabara we did it on our own, and it was beyond overwhelming. Going around this time with Mari made us fall in love with the place, and we realised just how much was there and that we had missed due to the sheer enormity of back streets etc. She did such a good job that we returned several times during our stay in Tokyo to re-visit the second-hand stores, Super Potato, Radio City, and the games arcades. We cannot recommend this experience enough (and she even got us to go to a Maid Cafe - somewhere we would have never gone on our own, but that is definitely worth the experience).
