Our tour guide Mishan waited for us at the dock for more than 6 hours after our cruise ship was very late arriving in port (due to a storm on the way). In spite of this she provided us with an excellent private tour to include the Meiji Shrine.

Just finished a wonderful tour of the Shibuya and Harajuku neighborhoods with our wonderful guide, Hiroko Kitagawa. We covered a lot of ground in 3 hours. Hiroko asked us questions to tailor a tour best suited us. She then expertly weaved us through the mass of people to cover as much ground as possible. She even hopped the metro with us back to our hotel to make sure we were ok. We would highly recommend Hiroko and City Unscripted. Thank you.
