Stephen communicated with us several times before our tour date and met us promptly at the cruise ship port at the designated time. He designed a wonderful experience for us that included a relaxed bento box lunch under the Sakura (cherry blossom) trees and a peaceful stroll through Tsurumai Park. Can’t say enough great things about my guide Fumir. She went out of her way to find my hotel and meet make our meet up easy breazy!! She took the time to incorporate my interest and show me things I never would have found. A zen garden, a modern water oasis, a cool vintage clothing store, a micro bar alley that was outrageously dope with an old American Jazz vibe, the National Craft Museum. She turned Kanazawa into the second best part of my trip. The other bring my stay at the world class Benesse Museum Hotel in the Seto Islands. Just stupendous!!!!

What a fabulous tour! Momoko was an awesome guide. She tailored the tour to exactly what we asked for. We toured the Meiji Jingu Shrine and then had a picnic in Yoyogi Park under the cherry blossoms before touring the train station. She advised us on other areas we could visit on our own. Momoko is not only professional but incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She made our day memorable.

We had to do our food tour at an unconventional time due to scheduling issues on our part, but Mari made it work so well. She took us to an area of Tokyo we would have never discovered on our own and we really did feel like we were dining where the locals go. She picked excellent places and was very attentive to our family. Then she took extra time to show us around Shibuya. We are so grateful for her time with us.

Noah was an incredible guide! He was extremely attentive to our interests, tailoring things on the fly. He gave us a truly unique feel for some parts of the culture that we would have never experienced otherwise.

We wanted to start our first day in Osaka with a guided tour to make sure we could get our bearings. We met up with Harhui at 10 am and had such an amazing time! She showed us the small out of the way places that had the most delightful foods and drinks.
