Soon after booking our tour we received a personal text from our tour guide, Kieran, and were able to express what we were hoping to experience on our first trip to Tokyo. His communication with us was excellent, he was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and he made us feel comfortable in navigating a city that can be intimidating for non-Japanese speakers. We are so please to have started our trip off with this excellent tour!

We were able to fix out own itinerary, spend more or less time to a place we visited according to what we liked and our guide was very helpful and willing to answer all out questions not only about the places we visited but also historical, about the way of life and general questions with lots of tips.
