Hi there! I'm Akari, your friendly local host here in Kanazawa. Kanazawa has stolen my heart with its relaxing vibes and stunning natural scenery. A tour with Akari on our first afternoon in Kanazawa was a great introduction to the city and to orientate ourselves. Akari got in touch way before our tour, understood what we wanted to see, and got us around the city using a variety of transport modes to make sure we did not miss a thing (or a shop!) in our designated time period. She was great.

AKARI went out of her way to show us around in a deluge of rain, using her own car since walking was almost impossible. She knew enough of the habits of unfortunately large tour groups to avoid them and get us into and around the sites without too much crowding. A lovely person.
