We had an amazing morning with Wendy. We opted for the 4 hour tour which was Ian ideal pace for us. Having arrived the day before, we were still a bit jet lagged. Arriving hungry, Wendy knew the perfect place for Dutch pancakes. We then explored the different parts of town. Noting our interests, Wendy took us to the flower market, to try herring, some historical spots and the Delph store. Couldn’t have asked for a better mix! Wendy was a delight!!

The tour was what we expected and much more . A complete overview of Amsterdam its history, as well as today. We walk without being rush to the important areas as well as to places only a local will know. I will highly recommend this tour to anybody who wants to. Learn as well as enjoy the visit. This was by far one of the BEST tours my husband and I have ever been on! We struck GOLD with Alan. While still hitting all the historic highlights of Amsterdam, Alan took us off the beaten path to show us his personal hidden gems – and they were AMAZING! From exploring an incredible local market to having a quick lunch at a Dutch institution, we walked through charming neighborhoods, admired breathtaking views, and discovered some of the best restaurants in the city. Alan’s knowledge, warmth, and hospitality made this experience unforgettable. We met a guide and left as friends. I highly recommend Alan and will definitely seek him out on our next trip to Amsterdam!
