Amazing experience with our guide,Stan. My wife lived in Singapore in the 1960's as her Dad was in the Royal Navy. She has been keen to return to relive some wonderful childhood memories of a time spent with her Mum, Dad and brother and has spent time trying to retrace as much as possible and we were desperate to find a guide to help us We eventually spoke to our NatWest Concierge service who recommend Viator. They asked us for our requirements and then recommended a guide, Stan, who was able to help us. After probing our objectives he then carried out comprehensive research of the Royal Naval base in the 1960's and drew up details of a tour that would include as many of these reminders as possible. Stan then arranged to meet us in our hotel lobby and we spent 4 very enjoyable hours in his company as he showed us many items of interest relating to my wife's memories. Stan's research was extremely thorough and he worked very hard to ensure that we had a lovely trip down memory lane Highly recommended.
Show moreLiang prepared a fantastic tour for us - Pinnacle - Baba House - Chinatown - he was right on time to meet us - showed us how to navigate the Singapore metro & took us to the paces we asked him to -it was a great afternoon - thank you x
Show moreAdam took us on a great tour! He was able to help us knock a lot of things off our list in a short time. It is great because he knows so many things about Singapore from history to pop culture to food that we had a lot to talk about! He was a great photographer for us and now we have photos in a lot of iconic spots. His schedule is very adaptable to your requests so it was really easy to plan with him. Thank you Adam!
Show moreSharon was an excellent guide. She was knowledgeable and extremely informative about the history and culture of Singapore. We loved the fact she took a number of photos for us and sent them on afterwards. It was great to get an insight into this amazing country and we’ll definitely be returning.
Show moreOne of our companions injured his ankle the day before the tour, and Kavin provided us with options to accommodate the pace we needed to go. My friend didn’t end up joining the tour, and Kavin was ready to adjust our itinerary once again. Kavin gave us insights into the attractions in Singapore as well as give us tips on getting around with the MRT. Overall, the tour was wonderful, and though we were fresh off a 17hr flight, the tour was worth it!
Show moreJoanne was a wealth of information about the history of Singapore and her love of this small city/state was so amazing. She toured us around several neighborhoods, ate with us and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Joanne was one of the best guides we've had and her command of the city was incredible. Since we're close to Lunar New Year, she shared with us many of the traditions she and others observe for the holiday. Would definitely recommend Joanne for visitors to Singapore.
