Lisa is amazing! She is a passionate expert on all things Madrid!!!! Her English is exceptional, so simple to understand and she really plans and organizes your day hours in advance so you know exactly where to meet her. Ask her anything! We talked about history, people, culture, economics, healthcare, you name it. I had the best day ever!!

The Walking Madrid tour with Patricia as our guide was a wonderful experience. She showed us the most important landmarks of imperial Madrid and added valuable information both historical and current.

We had seen already a few places in Madrid and we asked Lisa to show us art, design , history, nice restaurants … Lisa was able to provide us a personalized experience. She is friendly , positive and patient. We booked only 2 hours , but we would recommend to book minimum 4 hours. We would like to thank Lisa for the great time together .
