Uncover Montreal's hidden gems with a local host and explore the city's quirky, lesser-known sides away from the usual tourist paths.
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Get ready to uncover all the secrets of Canada’s quaint European-influenced city set on an island in the Saint Lawrence River. You won’t even need to know a word of French when you have a local insider to follow down historic cobblestone streets cutting through the heart of the city. Explore incredible locations like Vieux-Port de Montréal, an old port used as early as 1611 by French fur traders, and soak up more of the city’s unique heritage on centuries-old streets that look like a slice of Europe. Discover the diverse flavors of Québécois cuisine, from poutine to fresh bagels (and even pizza in the charming Little Italy neighborhood) and browse trendy boutiques in Mile End, where sunset draws crowds for cocktails and ice-cold craft beer.

Connie, was very attentive, and with complete knowledge of the area, very friendly and contacted us before our tour to see if we wanted to see something special about Montreal, she took us to have a coffee and sweet bread from a French pastry chef very rich, and we got to know the most important things about Montreal in half a day, then he advised us to visit several places which we already did on our own, and he also recommended a very good restaurant. I highly recommend this tour and when you go ask for Connie Burcheri
Show moreA 6 1/2 hour walk around Montreal — we saw everything. Pierre was a terrific guide - interesting, knowledgeable. He took us everywhere we wanted to see plus places only a local would know. My only advice is to access the tour directly through City Unscripted. Viator is HORRIBLE and will be happy to rob you and ruin your vacation. Go direct to City Unscripted
