What you’ll do

Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and sparkling ocean, Vancouver’s beauty puts other cities to shame. Canada’s most magnificent metropolis is a vast collection of explorable neighborhoods best discovered on foot – even better if you have a Vancouverite by your side! Maybe you’ll explore vibrant Davie Village and its rainbow crosswalk – the personification of the city’s liberal identity – or perhaps, in a city known for its nature, you’ll seek out sprawling green spaces like beloved Nelson Park, where the West End Farmers Market sets up shop in the summer months. You might discover the true extent of Vancouver’s cultural (and culinary) diversity in Chinatown before chilling out in Kitsilano, a laid-back beachfront area with stunning views.

We had a fantastic day touring all over Vancouver with our guide Derek. He was very knowledgeable about the city, he took us to some really fun and off the beaten path locations, which is what we asked for...an insider's tour of the city. We enjoyed his company thoroughly and had a great day!

We asked Derek to take us to the little gems of the city, not just the tourist spots and he delivered! The walking tour was fantastic! He was energetic, fun and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us many different neighborhoods that were off the beaten path that gave us an "insider's" view of the city. I would highly recommend Derek any time! He was lots of fun to be with as well!
