I had an incredible day with Ralf. We saw every well known building and some hidden, not so well known buildings. We spoke about Hamburg's history and the reasoning behind the design of the city. Ralf is a wealth of knowledge and fun to talk with. I had a wonderful and full tour of Hamburg and it could not have been better.

It was truly an incredible day. We walked everywhere, which is something I enjoy doing, and at every spot Ralf spoke about what I was seeing and the history behind it. We talked about how Hamburg was built in the formation that it has, the evolution of the city, the great fire and much more. I saw street-level views and views from above. He was great to talk with and I could not have asked for a better day.

Deniz had reviewed our interests and tailored a walk and tour that met our needs. As we went along, we had a great conversation and he would bring up or point out other facts on things we had spoken about or had questions on with regard to Hamburg. He even made sure to find a place open on a Sunday where we could get the local pastry I had heard of and wanted to try. I don’t think I’ll ever do the option of a group tour again!

Dean was entertaining and accommodating. He went out of his way to help us!
