Dean was both affable and knowledgeable. He mixed his kiwi humour and being down-to-earth with professionalism. You can tell he could talk all day about a myriad topics but unfortunately there is only so much time one has! He really made our trip to Hamburg great and we would recommend him to anybody visiting the city. We’ve come away with a greater appreciation for Hamburg and German culture in general. Very happy!
