Ugo was just fantastic, the best tour ever. Ugo was kind, understanding and explained every single part of the tour. He has an extraordinary knowledge of art, culture and historical facts. Everyone who wants to know and learn about art, history and really know Rome, should do this tour with him!

Rather it’s your 1st or 5th time in Rome City Unscripted is the only way to see Rome. I don’t enjoy “small group” tours as much. In my opinion they are overpriced for what you get. The tour with city unscripted was curated to what my husband and I were interested in and more. It’s very affordable, exceeded my expectations, and we got to see Rome from a locals perspective.

Ugo has a wonderful personality, very knowledgeable, and planned a great day. I wouldn’t want to see Rome any other way. I have family visiting in the future and I’m recommending they tour with Ugo.

Tom took us on a fun and informative 6 hour waking tour of Rome. What is really cool is that the tour can be completely personalized to your preferences and activity level. We saw many historical sites that Tom had all of the facts about and enjoyed a great meal at a local restaurant that was off the tourist path. We enjoyed our tour with Tom as it was like spending the day with an old friend. I recommend this service 100%! Thanks again, Tom!!!

We recently visited Rome and took a 6 hour walking tour with Thomas (Tom). Tom is a native English speaker (From California) That was a good start since I sometimes find it difficult to understand a strong accent. We told Tom that we were down for anything and he really delivered a great experience. We saw beautiful parts of the city that we never would have seen on our own and enjoyed eating at local restaurants that Tom recommend. Tom has all of the historical facts and clever anecdotes about his adopted city. I highly recommend hiring him for your Roman tour. It was like spending the day with a good friend. Thanks again, Tom. We will see you again someday soon.

Vania’s passion for Rome is apparent as we walked through the cobbled streets. She took us to many hidden gems where tourists were less likely to go. She took us to her recommendations of tiramisu, gelato, coffee, and other Roman favorites! She definitely made our trip better by guiding us off the beaten path!
