Experience the city of the future as you explore the coolest spots in Singapore! From trendy cafes to the best hidden gems, experience it all.
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Are you ready to have your mind blown as you explore the city of the future? Let me paint you a picture of what you can expect from this experience. I’ve carefully curated it to give you a real taste of the coolest spots in Singapore, those that I absolutely adore and those that I would recommend time and time again.
You’ll kick off your adventure at the Sky Garden at CapitaSpring, an absolute gem that took my breath away when I visited Singapore the second time. Imagine stepping out of an elevator on the 51st floor to a stunning garden oasis surrounded by probably the best panoramic views in Singapore. Hard to believe it's there until you see it for yourself! (I know I felt the same). With your knowledgeable local host by your side, you’re sure to not miss a thing and they can point out the important things from the garden but even better the important things from the city view you’ll enjoy!
Once you’ve soaked in all the views and are satisfied, your host will guide you through the culinary paradise of a Hawker Centre in Chinatown, where foodies can live their dreams on a budget! This place honestly blew my mind with the array of flavors on offer, smells wafting through the air, the sound of the sizzling of pans and the welcoming energy shared. You could happily get lost here for hours especially if you’re a foodie like me!
Once you’ve finished your culinary safari, you will explore more of Chinatown starting near the Chinatown Heritage Centre, passing by the awe-inspiring Sri Mariamman Temple, and winding through the quaint Emerald Garden. Lot’s to learn about here but do look out for the street art and those historical plaques, they’re fascinating as they discuss the historical significance of various buildings that you will be passing by. I’m sure your host will point these out though and probably expand on them a little more!
Your journey will then take you to the iconic Marina Bay Sands, prepare to be amazed by this incredible architectural marvel. It feels like jumping into the future. While Marina Bay Sands is mainly known for its skyline and the views you can get there, and it should be, it also features really cool art installations so be sure to keep a lookout for those!
You won’t be there too long though, you'll head on over to the OCBC Skyway, a treetop walk that offers the best views (by far) of both Marina Bay Sands and the lush expanse of Gardens by the Bay. As you are literally walking through the treetops I found it an incredible places to get some memorable, one of a kind photos. This really is a tranquil and quiet little haven for those seeking a bit of peace and quiet away from the city buzz.
Finally, you’ll end your experience at the magical Gardens by the Bay. A name that it really lives up to. This place is like walking into a futuristic botanical garden, where nature meets cutting-edge design. Your host is going to be really valuable here, there is so much to see and do, prioritizing is a must. If you are catching this in the evening, prepare to be dazzled by the famous light show - a spectacular finale to your experience and an important one for those Insta highlight reels!
This experience isn’t just about seeing the sights; it’s about sharing the experience that made me fall in love with SIngapore. From hidden spots to popular landmarks, each step is filled with personal touches and stories, promising an adventure that’s as engaging as it is memorable. Get ready to explore Singapore through my eyes - I can’t wait for you to fall in love with Singapore just as much as I have.

Show moreJoanne was in contact with us right after we signed on for the tour. When she found out we were arriving on a ship she offered to meet us at the cruise port. We discussed the options and she guided us through the metro. She told us the history and the details of the stops. We tried a local sugar cane drink as well as a local cake..we had a dood walking pace to see as much as we could within out time frame. Should we be back in Singapore we would happily book again and be thrilled if Joanne was our guide. Many thanks; we leaned a lot and had a great time
