I had a great time from start to finish. I explored the Floating Market, which was great, and then I was taken to the less known markets which were equally brilliant. Chalita was caring and attentive while not being overbearing. As a solo-traveller, her company was much appreciated.

We truly had an amazing experience with Ida today. My wife and I are truly blessed to have share the day with this beautiful young lady.

Fantastic tour guide, fantastic tours! We hired Zarut for 5 days and could not have enjoyed a more perfect time! I have been to Bangkok before and had no intention of having a guide or a tour, but it was the best decision ever. He is so fun, friendly, knowledgeable and all-around a joy! Zarut did part of his education in American schools and his English language is impeccable and he really “gets” cultural nuances. Highly recommended!!!!

Zarut truly cares about those he is responsible for in his groups. He made sure we experienced exactly what we wanted and helped us navigate Bangkok as "the locals do". Four incredible days in Bangkok thanks to Zarut! My family had a wonderful experience with Zarut a few years ago so when planning my mom’s first trip to Asia we included Bangkok and contacted Zarut. Lucky for us he was available four out of the six days we were there. I’m a seasoned traveler and have been to Bangkok a few times but since I was traveling alone with my elderly mother in a busy city like Bangkok we wanted someone like Zarut to help keep the entire vacation CAREFREE and that he did! We got to RELAX and enjoy one of the busiest cities in the world thanks to him. Lots of communication beforehand so he could manage expectations and put together a completely custom plan based on a LONG wishlist I gave him. I gave him a list of places I wanted to visit, foods I wanted to try, things I wanted to shop for, and pictures I wanted to take, and he gave us even more than we ever dreamed. He’s incredibly thoughtful and caring. He made sure to stop us for water breaks when it was hot and knew where the cleanest bathrooms were. He even carried my mom’s shopping bags and made sure she had a seat on the metro. We climbed stairs and walked a lot, but always at a pace that my mom could easily handle and he never pressured us with a timeline. He NEVER used the words “hurry up” nor did we ever feel we had to “catch up” to him. He’s also very trustworthy. At one point we walked through a market and mom and I were so excited we wanted to taste a little bit of everything. So, I gave him my wrist wallet filled with cash and asked that he help us “sample” as much as possible. He negotiated with vendors for small quantities of things and we were so thankful he could translate and explain the ingredients, how they were made, and help us to eat the not-so-small samples. LOL! He arranged a private, peaceful canal boat tour for us and surprised us by reserving the very best table at a rooftop bar overlooking Wat Arun at sunset. At one market we wanted to taste exotic fruits and he made it happen by talking with vendors who were so happy to share their knowledge and products with us. From the moment you meet to the time he drops you off at your hotel you will be taken care of and need not worry about anything. You will laugh and learn so much. He will negotiate “local” prices for TukTuk rides and purchases and loves the challenge of finding specific items on a shopping list like we had. Forget the small-group tours with no allowance for customization. H
