Learning some of the history of Edinburgh. Gee was very informative and entertaining. He made sure we got to see as much as possible. We got to take THE pictures to help remember our trip. We got to enjoy a traditional meal. I gave 5 Stars for the excursion and Gee as our tour guide. If I took one star away it would have been the weather, which none of us have control. Very cool and damp with some showers thrown in. When we come back would be earlier in season.
Show moreWe had a delightful time with Doug as our guide in Edinburgh, Scotland on May 29, 2024. He was an excellent tour guide who was very knowledgeable about Edinburgh and the surrounding area. My daughter Kelly Merritt said we walked around 5 miles during the whole day together!! We highly recommend Doug Scott!!
Show moreWonderful experience exploring Edinburgh! Our guide, Doug, was so knowledgeable and friendly and tailor made our excursion so that our entire group (mother and and daughters) was entertained and engaged!
Show moreGraham was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, funny, everything a guide could be. The only criticism is that he should have had a sign with our name on it when we got off the tender. Other than that he was perfect and it was a perfect day. He’s a gem!
Show moreGee was attentive to our interest and made a great effort. We were impressed by his knowledge and how he made history come alive during the tour. Thanks to Gee’s tips , we manage to find Best Buys that are made in Scotland only and also find delicious food . He also suggested to us several attractions. These attractions were useful to our understanding of Scotland . I am also grateful for the great photo shots he took for us ! Thank you , Gee ! Keep up the good work !
Show moreOur guide, Gee, asked us at the beginning of the tour what we would like to see, and then decided what to show us based on that. We saw a diverse range of things, including the graveyard, Edinburgh castel, the old town, and the new town.
