Get ready for the ultimate New York City adventure! This action-packed experience will make you fall in love with NYC all over again.
Here’s everything you need to know before your day unfolds.
Buckle up for the ultimate New York City escapade! Starting off at the beautiful St. Thomas Church, your local host is ready to whisk you away on a whirlwind adventure through some of my favorite spots in NYC. So, let's dive in!
From its towering heights to the bustling energy of the plaza below, Rockefeller Center is a must-see destination. Picture yourself surrounded by the Art Deco splendor, feeling the pulse of the city as you take in the breathtaking sights. While you won't be venturing inside, the exterior alone is a testament to the era’s architectural brilliance.
Next, get ready to be dazzled by the legendary Radio City Music Hall! This iconic Art Deco masterpiece has graced countless silver screens and television shows, making it a true Hollywood star. Your host will capture your moment in the spotlight with a photo outside this world-famous venue. Immerse yourself in the glamour and history of this entertainment mecca, even if just from the outside. You'll leave feeling like a star yourself!
Next, brace yourself for the grandeur of Grand Central Terminal. This isn't just a train station – it's a celestial wonder with its sky-themed ceiling and intricate design. I love to listen to the sounds around me - if it's quiet enough, you might hear the Whispering Gallery.
Your journey continues with the dazzling lights and non-stop action of Times Square. Get your cameras ready because this spot is all about the big screens, the neon lights, and the electric atmosphere that screams "New York!"
Then, it's time for a shopping spree at the colossal Macy's. Step inside or marvel at its sheer size from the outside. I love buying some souvenirs here to take home. As you emerge, look up to see the mighty Empire State Building towering above, a true testament to NYC's architectural prowess.
Off to the futuristic Vessel at Hudson Yards! This honeycomb-shaped architectural wonder is a true NYC icon. Imagine standing in awe of its intricate design as you capture the perfect photo. While you won't be climbing its heights this time, trust me, the view from the ground is just as captivating. After soaking in the Vessel's magic, you'll stroll along the High Line, an elevated oasis where you can relax, enjoy the city skyline, and feel a world away from the bustling streets below.
TV fans, rejoice! You'll head to the picturesque West Village to see Carrie Bradshaw's apartment from "Sex and the City" and then over to the iconic Friends Apartment Building. Snap some pics from the outside and relive your favorite moments.
Feeling peckish? Joe's Pizza is calling your name. Grab a classic New York slice – thin, crispy, and oh-so-delicious. It's the perfect mid-adventure snack.
Next, chill out in Washington Square Park. The famous arch and vibrant scene make it an ideal spot for a quick rest and some people-watching. Then, you're off to SoHo, where trendy boutiques and artistic flair await.
From here, it's a quick subway ride to City Hall, leading you to the magnificent Brooklyn Bridge. Walking across this architectural marvel, you'll get killer views of the Manhattan skyline. It's Insta-worthy from every angle.
And the grand finale? The charming streets of DUMBO. Cobblestones, historic warehouses, and unbeatable views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan – it's the perfect end to a perfect day.
Your local host will pepper the journey with insider stories, quirky facts, and hidden gems, making sure you experience NYC like a true local. Whether it's your first visit or your hundredth, this adventure is all about discovering the magic of New York City.
I hope you have the time of your life on this Big Apple adventure, and remember to take lots of photos!

We opted for the 8 hour tour and it was worth every penny. I sent our guide my desired itinerary with all of the things we’d like to see. Olga made it happen! She was so professional and very personable. She took us to local spots that were not packed with tourists, which we loved. We walked over 11 miles, so be prepared to walk a lot if you have several things you’d like to see. Olga was so well versed with directions in the city, history, art, and all of the buildings we came across. She also curated the tour to match our values and lifestyle. We appreciated her pointing out Catholic Churches along the way and she even took us into the Trump tower-which was totally cool! 11/10 recommend Olga if you want a flawless experience.
Show moreOlga was a dream of a tour guide. From the second we got linked with her via email she started emailing with ideas and itinerary items. We travelled with 2 small kids (8/10 yo) and she was patient with them needing breaks from walking. She easily accommodated their food requests. When crossing the street she always made sure they were safe. My kids instantly felt comfortable with her. She not only educated my husband and I on the city but even tailored what she said for the kids to understand. She was patient and kind. We would’ve never have done everything we did/saw in 1 day had we done it alone. She took us to great places that locals use. She was amazing and highly recommend her! If you’re on the fence about it- just do it!

Show moreWe had a custom tour of NYC and Denise was so wonderful. She showed us around, was so flexible ( as we had all different interests and ages of kids), and made the afternoon fantastic. Thank you Denise for a great great day around the city!
Show moreHe not only gave us an amazing tour, he taught us how to use the subway! Any questions we asked he was able to answer and taught us so much. Highly recommend using Jason as a tour guide!
Show moreEd was very communicative from the beginning, trying to customize our tour even though we did not really know what we wanted to see. He met us at Grand Central and guided us on the subway and he did a great job leading us through and included a stop at a great bakery in Williamsburg. He also made sure that we got back to where we needed to be. My husband and I really enjoyed our afternoon and felt that we were meeting with an old friend. Would definitely recommend Ed as a guide, as a native New Yorker, you can tell really loves his city!! Thanks Ed
