Our guide, Malin, was wonderful. She has very good knowledge of the history and food of the area. We tasted local food from three different vendors, (a market, restaurant and street food at Temple Market) plus stopped at a bakery to try some of the local desserts. The variety was wonderful, and the food plentiful. Malin was a wonderful guide.

Malin gave us an excellent tour and was a delight to be with. She was very accommodating regarding our start and end point. We saw lots of Hong Kong and learned much from her. Her English is great (she is from Norway). She constructed an excellent itinerary for the tour and moved at our pace. All in all, an excellent experience and guide, both of which I highly recommend.
