Hi, I’m Tancrède, but you can call me Tanki! What do I love most about Paris? Well, it’s the architecture—it’s like walking through a time machine. You can stand in one spot and see Roman ruins from the 1st century and a modern glass skyscraper all at once. I’m fascinated by the difference between what Parisians experience daily and what’s showcased to tourists. My mission? To blend those two worlds and reveal the real Paris to you. When I’m not unraveling Parisian history (trust me, it’s a never-ending rabbit hole), I’m usually at my favorite bars with friends or strolling through the lush parks—Le Luxembourg, Les Buttes Chaumont. I know Le Marais, Quartier Latin, Montmartre, and L’Île de la Cité like the back of my hand, and I love showing people the contrast between Parisian life and the postcard version you’ve seen.
