Hi there! I'm Krisztián, a local host in Budapest. With my extensive knowledge of the city, I am confident in showing visitors the best Budapest offers. My expertise lies in nightlife, art, and food, making me the perfect guide for those looking to experience the city's unique culture. I am particularly familiar with the Rózsadomb, outer 8th and 7th districts, including the Jewish quarter. I know all the best spots for a night out, art exhibitions, and delicious food. I have you covered if you're interested in experiencing the vibrant nightlife, exploring the city's rich history and culture, or simply trying some of the local cuisines. So if you're looking for a knowledgeable and friendly host who can help you make the most of your time in Budapest, look no further! I look forward to showing you around this incredible city.
Kristzian met us at our hotel. After asking us what we were interested in doing, he decided that a tour of the Food Market was what we would do. As we walked to the market, he told us about the history of the area we were in. At the market, we toured the first floor filled with local foods and alcohol. On the second floor, we decided to try some traditional Hungarian dishes that were very good. We left the market and traveled by public transportation to a pastry shop where we had pastry and lemonade. We concluded the tour with Kristzian sharing additional information about his city.

We had a very full and informative 4 hours. Krisztian tailored our tour to what we asked to see in more detail. It was a very hot day so he was sensitive to keeping the tour at a reasonable pace and using shade where possible.

We enjoyed our tour of Budapest with a local. It was a bit different from our other holiday tours in a positive way. Including history and how Hungary / Budapest had reached this point like the others, and showing us the magnificent centre and historic hotels that somehow we missed on our last Budapest Tour. But having a relaxed chat with a local over a coffee and cake added to the experience. And we particularly enjoyed hopping on and off local transport like a local. Finishing with a local restaurant recommendation. On the pricey side, but personal and fun. We would recommend.

We love seeing the out of the way secrets that cities have to share, and Krisztian did a terrific job of showing us Budapest's hidden treasures. The library alone was completely stunning. In addition, we learned a ton about Budapest's history, its cuisine, and unique local gems. And he helped us figure out the mass transit! A wonderful tour, full of special moments and beautiful photos that will help us remember this amazing city.
