My reviews

Mike chose sights off the beaten path and gave us a very interesting look into Fukuokan culture.

Mike is pleasant and knows a lot about Hakata. He showed us around sites that are interesting and was able to cover also the historical and cultural aspects of the different places and traditions.

Mike was a sensational guide and did whatever we suggested taking us up the Tower for a view of the City then on to the old and new parts of the city, explaining and showing in detail how the Old Town is transformed during Yamakasa festival then showing the new Acros "green building" in modern town as well as the fascinating Engineer Cafe. It was easy to communicate with Mike as he had a USA and Japanese background. I would highly recommend him as a tour guide and more as he has such extensive knowledge of Japan
