Kaori was an excellent guide, she knows a lot about the city, Kaori was very kind and attentive at all times, the tour was very personalized and we loved it, we were 3 people from Mexico and we were fascinated with Kaori's attention

Kaori is the guide you need. She exceeded expectations. We had delay issues getting off our cruise ship and Kaori adapted the tour for us as we were delayed by 2.5 hours starting the tour. We saw much more than expected (even a secret view)
