It was a really good tour and our guide Tetsuo was super easy to understand and gave us a good insight back into history including his own family history from 1945.

History and culture are difficult to distill into "sound bites" or in this case a walking tour. Tetsuo was able to present an abundance of information with unique context that only comes from growing up, living in and being a part of that history and culture. I could spend many more hours in his company sharing the riches of Hiroshima.

I would recommend Tetsuo to anyone who wants to learn more about Hiroshima. He is passionate about his city and knows a great deal about it. He was patient when we asked questions or wanted to go to the shop for snacks/water. Hiroshima has such a tragic past but Tetsuo guided us through it gracefully.
