Hi there! I’m Max, your local host here in Osaka. What I love most about this vibrant city is how it’s always buzzing with energy, yet maintains a laid-back atmosphere where people are warm. Each neighborhood has its own unique charm, from the retro vibes of Shinsekai to the lively streets of Namba and the modern feel of Umeda. I enjoy discovering new izakayas, cafes, and bars, and I am always on the lookout for hidden gems. I'm particularly fond of the street art and galleries in Nakazakicho and Nakanoshima, and I know the best spots in Tenma and Kyobashi for a great night out at the pubs. I love spending time at Osaka Castle Park, taking in the beautiful natural surroundings. Whether you're here for the food, the art, or just to soak up the local atmosphere, I'm here to make sure you have an unforgettable experience in this incredible city!

We enjoyed our private tour of Osaka. Max was very knowledgeable and personable. He contacted me by email and we decided what sites to see. Prior to meet up I texted him on What’s App to get directions to our met up location. He showed us around the various markets and temples. We stopped to snack on takiyaki and matcha pancakes. We took a taxi to the Osaka Castle. We enjoyed the history and cultural lessons. Walked up to the 8th floor observation area. Then took a JR train to Osaka Umeda station, took escalators to top floor to view panoramic Osaka. He then walked us to our hotel! Max was an excellent host and we enjoyed his knowledge of the city.

I had a very enjoyable and informative tour with Max. He was friendly, easy to talk with, and answered all my questions. He customized the tour so it covered the areas I was interested in seeing. I highly recommend taking the tour with Max.

Max was a very thoughtful guide, very considerate, knowledgable, and super chill. We went at a comfortable pace and saw many of Osaka's top sights. Max took time to not only show us around but give us insight and recommendations for the rest of our trip. It was a wonderful experience we won't forget. Highly recommend.
