My reviews

My family and I had a great time with Shiunn. It was like we were hanging out with a friend and everything went fluidly. Shiunn brought us to multiple locations and had back-up plans for when the initial restaurant was not available. We had such a great food experience in Sapporo that we ended up going to a restaurant she recommended the next day! She picked us up at our hotel, walked around the city, got lunch at 2 locations, and finished off with dessert.

With just a day to explore Sapporo from our cruise ship, we decided to get a taste of the city by booking a food tour. Shiunn was a fantastic guide who took us to an amazing fried chicken restaurant, followed by a visit to the Sapporo TV Tower and a popular bakery where we tried some savory treats and onigiri. We then saw some sights on our walk to Shiunn’s favorite soup curry restaurant, and finished off with an ice-cream parfait. So much food!! It was a great way to see the city and enjoy some local delicacies at the same time. Thank you Shiunn!

I enjoyed getting to know a little about the history of the area as well as seeing some of the more culturally significant sights. We visited both popular tourist areas and some more off the beaten path locations. The tour definitely seemed geared towards my preferences as I had expressed an interest in food and nature during my initial survey. I would definitely consider booking a tour again if I’m in the area.
