We did the 6-hour tour. Our tour guide Lauren was so well prepared and had been in contact with me on multiple occasions before our tour to make sure she could tailor the tour to our wants. Lauren was knowledgeable and very friendly and she was able to think on the fly and be flexible on the day. Highly recommend.

Lauren offered to meet us at our hotel. Very personable and friendly. Excellent tips and info tidbits. Even remembered that this trip was for my daughter's graduation, and provided a small gift to commemorate. Very thoughtful !

I did the 8 hour Tokyo tour with Lauren and it was amazing! Everything I'd hoped to see was accommodated, and we even managed to knock some items from my list I didn't know I'd have time for. it was an unforgettable day without wasting precious hours figuring out how to navigate the trains and metro. Lauren was an excellent guide, but it felt more like running around the city with a friend. I couldn't imagine accomplishing even one activity alone- but having a guide who knows exactly where to go and what to do maximized every moment I spent here. I will absolutely cherish my brief time in Tokyo and wouldn't hesitate to book again!
