I am a Tour Guide
Hello, I'm Ayaka. I was born and raised in Fukuoka Japan, and have been working in Tokyo for the past 3 years. One of my greatest joys in Tokyo is strolling through its historical sites, such as Asakusa, Kaminarimon, Higashi Hongan-ji and Meiji Jingu Temple. Imbibing the rich heritage of shrines and temples fills me with a sense of wonder and appreciation. Furthermore, as an avid fan of Anime, particularly ONE PIECE, I find myself well-versed in the vibrant world of Akihabara. This energetic district resonates with my enthusiasm for the art form. I love exploring the city for great food at affordable prices, I like Street restaurant food, Sushi, Ramen, Tempura, Soba, Yakiniku, Matcha, and Sakura sweets, etc. When I have time, I enjoy immersing myself in Japanese cultural events like Kabuki and Sumo matches. I'm excited to share hidden local food and city landmarks with you, and I can't wait to embark on this journey together!
We really enjoyed all the sights around Harajuku and Asakusa! It was a wonderful blend of modern and traditional. Ayaka was a great guide who supplied us with tons of information, and also offered to help us take pictures and gave great suggestions.

Our guide Ayaka was incredible. She skillfully explained Japanese culture and provided great recommendations tailored to our interest. We booked a 4-hour tour and we were very pleased to see so much of the city! We were impressed with the variety of locations we were able to see. I would highly recommend this tour to friends and family.

Ayaka was amazing! We were in Japan for 15 days and Ayaka helped us with the last day of our trip in Tokyo. She met us at our hotel and took us to Turret Coffee, which had strong coffee and was featured in the Michelin Guide. Located close to Ginza at the fish market, it was a wonderful start to our day. We instantly connected with Ayaka and asked for her ideas for planning the day, including the gifts we still wanted to buy before leaving Japan. First, we went to the Meiji Jingu Shrine and were lucky enough to watch a festival that started shortly after we arrived. Ayaka did a great job of "reading the room," sharing what was happening and giving us context, as she had studied abroad in Canada and Germany. Her insights made the experience even more enriching. Next, we visited the observation floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, which offered stunning views of the city. After that, we headed to Harajuku on Takeshita Street, where we bought a couple of t-shirts and a few more gifts nearby. For lunch, Ayaka took us to Afuri for some delicious ramen. Ayaka's help didn’t stop there. She asked about our plans after the tour and provided us with some excellent suggestions to make the most of our remaining time in Tokyo. Her guidance and warm personality made our last day in Japan truly unforgettable.
