Ack san was a great host for our family. It felt like we were touring the city with a friend and not someone we had just met. Highly recommend Ack san as a host for anyone who is coming to Tokyo!

Ack gave us a fantastic tour of Tokyo! His communication beforehand was superb, and he was really easy going on the day. He even took some photos of us and sent them via WhatsApp after the tour finished! We packed a lot in - but at a really great pace. Ack knew some awesome little secret locations that enabled us to avoid the crowds and really get a good feel for Tokyo. I would absolutely recommend both Ack and City Unscripted.

Ikio was a good match for me. He is of similar age and outlook to me, speaks very good English with a very good knowledge of Tokyo. He was also very helpful in explaining the basics of how the Metro system works which was very useful later on in my visit.

Akio was very informative and fun to be around. Showed us very important places in downtown Tokyo and we learned a lot. Would definitely recommend him to f/f in the future.
