Ernesto welcomed us to Mexico City by email a couple of weeks before the tour. He confirmed our request to meet him at our hotel and notified us of being a few minutes late because of traffic. Friendly and very knowledgeable, he thoroughly answered all our questions while walking us from one neighborhood to the next. We covered a lot of ground in five hours, including learning much about the politics and history of Mexico. We enjoyed a lunch of tacos and guacamole with him, managed to complete a couple of small purchases of necessities that would have been more complicated without him. We saw a lot, ended up far from our hotel, but he helped us get an Uber back at the end of the tour. He was super and we highly recommend him.

Ernesto is very personable, was attentive, confirmed our pickup a day before and let us know he’d be a little late. He answered all our questions with good explanations all the while moving us from one neighborhood to the next. He was very helpful getting us a way back to our hotel after our five hour tour. We enjoyed spending time with him.

Ernesto was absolutely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and has a great sense of humor. We really appreciated his flexibility as we were touring with a baby - and his flexibility to make sure we hit all of the places that we wanted! I would recommend this tour group and Ernesto to anyone traveling to Mexico City. We genuinely had the best time and will remember how much fun we had for a long time :)

Ernesto was amazing! He mapped out all the destinations we wanted to see during our walking 3 hour tour. In addition, he had stops along the way of incredible food options. He truly made our first trip to Mexico City so special for our 18th wedding anniversary.
