Hi, I’m Jack, your friendly and passionate host here in vibrant Singapore! I love sharing the best parts of this amazing city—our stunning gardens, rich history, diverse culture, and, of course, the incredible food. Some of my favorite experiences include visiting local markets and food centers, discovering WWII history, and uncovering the stories behind Singapore’s architecture and urban planning. I also love hosting guests for a Chinese table experience, where you can learn about our customs and culture. Whether it’s strolling through lush gardens, delving into Singapore’s fascinating history, or seeing daily life in public housing neighborhoods, I’m here to give you a deeper appreciation for everything that makes Singapore unique. Our tour guide, Jack, made a great recommendation to change the hour of the tour from noon to 5 pm due to the very hot, humid weather. Jack was a charming host, taking us to hawker stalls in the Maxwell market where we saw whole families enjoying dinner. We also saw neighborhoods that we would not have encountered on our own. The highlight of the tour was a bar b que street with a variety of choices. Lots of food. Lots of conversation. A worthwhile experience in Singapore.
