Hi, I’m Colin, a long-time resident of Singapore who’s deeply in love with everything this modern, dynamic city has to offer. What I find most fascinating about Singapore is how it’s both a bustling cosmopolitan hub and a city rich in history, with plenty of hidden gems to find. One of my favorite things to do is explore the endless variety of food options. Whether it’s laksa, satay, or chicken rice, I’m always on the hunt for the next great meal. When I’m not enjoying the food scene, I love visiting museums and galleries in the Civic District, where Singapore’s rich heritage and history come to life through art and cultural exhibits. I can offer visitors a unique perspective on the city's development, the stories behind its iconic buildings, and how it continues to balance progress with tradition. I did a morning tour with Colin, he was great at making contact prior so we could agree on an itinerary. The meeting place was clear and easy to find. Colin is very knowledgeable about the history, and as this was a food tour shared some excellent places and different food to try along with the history. The highlight (other than the food) was a visit to the Singapore City Gallery. Colin was very generous with his time and even showed me how to use the MRT. I would highly recommend doing a tour with Unscripted as you will see and learn more than if you were to wander around on your own.
