Hi, I'm Jimmy, a passionate local host in Singapore with a deep love for the city's vibrant culture and rich history. My day often starts with savoring delightful street food like Chwee Kueh or Bak Chor Mee in the charming Tiong Bahru neighborhood, where I reminisce about my childhood. I enjoy exploring the city’s diverse neighborhoods, from the bustling streets of Chinatown to the serene Botanical Gardens, all while indulging in our renowned street food and hawker culture. I also take great pleasure in understanding and sharing Singapore's incredible journey from a third-world to a first-world country. Whether you're interested in our historical sites in the Civic District, the dynamic Marina Bay area, or the hidden gems of the local heartlands, I’m here to show you it all. This was the best private tour that I have taken. First, I was contacted by the tour company and provided with a questionnaire shortly after signing up for it. The questionnaire was relatively detailed and asked for my personal interests and what I would like to see. After completing it, I was contacted by Jimmy (my tour guide) a day or so later by WhatApp, who provided me with a draft itinerary. After discussion with him , we agreed to the final itineraries. It was great that I was matched with Jimmy as he was extremely knowledgeable about Singapore’s history and immersed me in the history and the growth of Singapore from 1960’s to the present (which was my interest). I would highly recommend this tour as they will tailor it to your interests rather than having a pre-arranged tour and a tour guide with just a script. I would highly recommend it to anyone who visits Singapore. In addition, I would like to thank Jimmy for his great work.

I had an excellent private guided tour by Jimmy Loh from City Unscripted. Communications were excellent before and after the tour. Jimmy was very accommodating and informative. He was kind enough to provide me a surprise video montage of photos he secretly took during our tour!! Highly recommended!
