I was born outside of Edinburgh but was raised here - I've always traveled for the cultural events and the social scene, and after having completed my history degree in Edinburgh and living here for 5 years, I'm a true local. I love the city and I'm enthusiastic about sharing it!
Ryan was a perfect guide to get me familiar with the city and the history. We visited a church, had breakfast, climb up lots of stairs to get a BEST view of the city possible. We had lunch which was a Scottish dish called Haggis which were very yummy! Visited some shops and got to talk about the city. Ryan is a great guide and I highly recommend this young man for your adventure! He also takes GREAT pictures!

“I loved that this tour was personalized to our own specific interests! We filled out a survey before the experience and they paired us with Ryan for our tour. Ryan did an excellent job and we had a lovely time! He was great at catering to both my interests as well as my husband's. He took us around many of the major sites in Edinburgh and I felt that we gained a whole new appreciation for the city. I would absolutely recommend this tour, and Ryan! to anyone!”

Ryan was a lovely young man, who was knowledgeable about the local area and its history. He was very personable, and we enjoyed our three hours with him.

Ryan was very accommodating to our requests and brought us to fantastic restaurants. Our first stop was at Arcade, where we tried haggis. We ordered the bon bons, which were a great introduction for first-timers. The fish & chips were also fantastic. Our next stop was Whiski, where we tried a cranachan (dessert), which we've never had before. It was quite tasty! And finally, we went to Albanach for a sample of whiskey. Some of us are not avid drinkers, so we were able to share just one shot. We enjoyed everything!
