Friendly, knowledgeable New Yorker who enjoys exploring the city I love and sharing it with others. My prior work, interests and travel experiences enables me to relate to visitors from various backgrounds. I have had an expansive career as a teacher, a financial product salesman, a health care executive and energy reduction / environmental business salesman. The thread throughout my life has been an involvement in politics on a local, state and national level. Now that I’m semi-retired I do what I enjoy most; spending time with my family and sharing my love of NYC with others. For the last 5 years, as a licensed NYC tour guide, I have been traveling through the city with guests on the seat of a bicycle. I look forward to meeting you.

Ed was very communicative from the beginning, trying to customize our tour even though we did not really know what we wanted to see. He met us at Grand Central and guided us on the subway and he did a great job leading us through and included a stop at a great bakery in Williamsburg. He also made sure that we got back to where we needed to be. My husband and I really enjoyed our afternoon and felt that we were meeting with an old friend. Would definitely recommend Ed as a guide, as a native New Yorker, you can tell really loves his city!! Thanks Ed

Had a wonderful time in New York City thanks to our guide Ed. Ed navigated with ease and showed us so much in our one day visit. We logged over 11 miles so we didn’t feel guilty about eating all that wonderful food and cheesecake!

Edward was an awesome guide. He captivated my 10-year-olds and 12-year-old. We had a great time touring the city for the first time. He was very knowledgeable and sweet. He really brought out the best of New York City. Would highly recommend this tour for families seeking a personalized experience.
